The San Ramon Valley Diversity Coalition (SRVDC) will co-host a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Open Mic Celebration at the San Ramon City Hall Rotunda from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Everyone is welcome and invited!!!

This year’s theme is “what policies and/or practices do we need to implement in our community to honor Dr. King’s legacy”

The SRVDC will also honor Ms. Gigi Crowder, Executive Director of NAMI Contra Costa County, for all her courageous work in the area of social justice and DEI. Members of the Peace Center might remember Gigi Crowder for her work with Friends of Scott and Taun Hall!

community who have joined together to serve as a forum for constructive dialogue and as a 
catalyst to create solutions to build a community of inclusion and equity where all can thrive. 

The San Ramon Valley Diversity Coalition (SRVDC) was founded in 2017 by members of the diverse San Ramon Valley community who have joined together to serve as a forum for constructive dialogue and as a catalyst to create solutions to build a community of inclusion and equity where all can thrive. SRVDC members live and work in the San Ramon Valley area, not just for City of San Ramon residents. Currently, the SRVDC is a community based and led organization with alignment to local governments, businesses, institutions and community groups.
