Hello Peace Center Community,

We hope you are having a peaceful week!

This week, we are looking forward to our webinar – Dialogue to Action – A Multigenerational Community Panel on Addressing Racism – taking place on Tuesday, September 28th @ 7PM via ZOOM.

If you have not yet already, you may register for this webinar via the following link:http://tinyurl.com/dialoguetoaction2021

We are extremely excited to feature the following panelists:
Taun Hall (Justice for Miles Hall), Mary Taylor & Meg Keeley (Rossmoor), as well as a group of student activists from the Ygnacio Valley High School Racist Mascot Removal Committee

Our intention in bringing these particular panelists together is to provide an intergenerational perspective on what action is being taken by members of our own communities. Each of our panelists have demonstrated remarkable leadership in their approach to taking progressive action.

Attendees of this webinar will hear about the experiences / lessons in organizing of our panelists. What roadblocks have they faced and how have they been successful in working with others to take action? How can participants directly get involved in actions / campaigns taking place RIGHT NOW?

We can’t wait to see you all there!
If you have any questions, please email: andrew@ourpeacecenter.org
THIS EVENT IS FREE + OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

Please do not hesitate to reach out. We would love to welcome your ideas!

In Peace
